Wall assemblage: a pale panel studded with brooches, pearls and looping gold chains, flecked with red and yellow paint, above a purple alcove where a cut-out photograph of a woman in a pink costume stands among painted cushions, work by Robert Bibeau

Untitled

A wall panel in two registers. The upper ground, pale and splattered with red and yellow, carries looping gold chains, brooches, pearls and glass cabochons. A band of gold braid and mirror tesserae separates it from a purple painted alcove, furnished with painted cushions and a female figure cut from a photograph.
